Repair Service

We Offer Repair Services:

1. We offer repair services for any wigs that we sold. We don't repair other vendors' wigs.
2. If the wig is less than one month after you bought it, we can repair it for free,  but you need to pay back and forth shipping cost
For more than one month of repair wigs, the cost of the repair varies depending on the type of repair that is required. Starting cost is $35.00. Plus the customer is responsible for back-and-forth shipping costs.
Most problems are able to be repaired on the unit. Including rips, tears, shedding, tangled, etc.

 

Repair Services Include:

1. Mending Rips and Tears (Extensive rips or tears may not be able to be fixed)
2. Replacing Hair Loss

Processing of Wig Repair
1. Please put detailed information as to what type of repair is needed
2. We will respond to your advice if the problem is repairable
3. For sanitary reasons, you MUST wash your unit first prior to sending it to us for repair(un-cleaned wigs will not be accepted for repair)
4. Print out the Order Form Receipt which includes your name, address, telephone number, and email address. Include a Typed Note with the repair areas listed.
5. Repairs will take approximately 3 weeks if the repair work is not much.
6. Pls write the "10$" value and " sample of synthetic hair wigs" on the courier sheet in order to avoid customs tax (if high value, You need to pay extra customs tax )
   By the way, we only offer repair services for wigs, we don't offer repair services for frontals, closures, and wefts, they are all one-time sales.
